• The competitor must be an Australian retailer selling Australian stock. Grey or direct imports will not be price matched.
• The competitor's product must be brand new, identical to ours, and currently in stock.
• The competitor's price must be publicly advertised and available for immediate purchase.
• The competitor must not be a direct importer or wholesaler.

2. Provide proof of the lower price, such as a screenshot or link to the competitor's offer.
3. Our team will verify the competitor's price and product eligibility.
4. Once confirmed, we will adjust the price of your purchase accordingly.

• Prices from unauthorized resellers, wholesalers, importers or third-party sellers.
• Clearance, closeout, liquidation, or going-out-of-business sales.
• Bundle offers, rebates, coupons, promotional codes, or other discounts.
• Price errors or typographical errors on our website or the competitor's website.

• Our Price Match Policy applies to the total price, including shipping and handling fees.
• Price matches are limited to one per identical item, per customer.
